Glassdosing pumps

Use and description:

The pumps are designed for laboratory and process use in chemical, food and pharmaceutical industries. They serve for pumping and/or continuous dosing of liquids which are chemically aggressive or cannot come into contact with metals. The liquids to be pumped must not contain solid admixtures.

The pump consists of a driving unit, gearing, glass cylinder, teflon wavy piston, and non-return valve with suction and delivery branch. The pumps are made in the non-regulating and regulating variants with or without electric actuator. The pumped liquid flows via the suction valve to the working cylinder. Vibrating motion of the wavy piston provides for suction and delivery of the liquid. By changing stroke of the wavy piston in regulating pumps one can change the amount of pumped liquid. The pumps are made in 22 variants. It is, therefore, recommended to discuss specific requirement for a pump with the manufacturer.
